This high-temperature stainless-steel swivel castor is engineered for demanding thermal environments where standard wheels cannot operate safely. Fitted with a 160 mm high-temperature phenolic wheel, it withstands extreme conditions from –40°C to +180°C, making it ideal for ovens, baking systems, curing lines, autoclaves and high-heat manufacturing processes.
With a 250 kg load capacity, a robust stainless-steel frame and a plain bearing designed for reliability in elevated temperatures, this castor delivers dependable performance without deformation or material breakdown. The 40 mm tread width enhances stability, while the phenolic wheel provides strong heat resistance, low rolling resistance and high structural integrity.
High-temperature phenolic wheel – operates reliably from –40°C to +180°C
160 mm wheel diameter – smooth rolling and good heat dissipation
250 kg load capacity – suitable for heavy industrial and thermal-processing equipment
Stainless steel frame – corrosion-resistant and suitable for wash-down or harsh environments
Plain bearing – dependable performance at high temperatures without grease breakdown
D85 tread hardness – firm, dimensionally stable and resistant to thermal deformation
40 mm tread width – improved stability and load distribution
