This 100 mm high temperature swivel castor with Termotex® phenolic wheel and stainless steel bolt hole fixing is designed for heat-intensive industrial environments where smooth manoeuvrability, exceptional thermal resistance and corrosion-resistant mounting are required. The swivel action enables easy directional changes, while the high temperature wheel material provides reliable performance in adverse conditions.
With a load capacity of 125 kg per castor, this model is well suited to industrial ovens, bakery racks, thermal processing equipment and heat-exposed mobile units. The plain bearing construction keeps the design simple and reliable in high heat conditions, supporting smooth rolling under load.
The high temperature phenolic (Termotex®) wheel is engineered to withstand demanding thermal environments, with an operating temperature range from –40 °C to +280 °C. With a D85 tread hardness, this wheel offers excellent load resistance, rigidity and low rolling resistance under heat. The 100 mm wheel diameter and 35 mm tread width balance compact size with effective rolling performance, while the black wheel colour is suitable for heavy-duty industrial use.
The stainless steel bolt hole fixing — with a 12 mm bolt hole size — delivers durable, corrosion-resistant installation where a top plate may not be suitable or where mounting space is limited. The 128 mm total height and 91 mm swivel radius provide a stable and manoeuvrable mobility solution on heat-exposed platforms.
