Steel tubing is used in a multitude of applications, due to its strength and resistance to compression. It’s because of this, it’s one of the most versatile products we sell.
As standard, the tubing we sell comes in 3m lengths, 25 x 25mm with a 1.2mm tube wall thickness. However, tubing is used in a variety of ways, and because of this there’s so many uses for the tubing which require it to be cut to a required measurement. We offer bespoke cutting services, using a software that allows us to offer a cost-effective cutting and measuring service, you’re able to get the exact measurement of tubing required to facilitate your project. It's because of this great service, we’ve been able to help businesses and individual customers with their projects.
A great example, is the tubing being used to create exhibitions, Solutions2UK have been using the tubing cutting service to create exhibition stands of all-different shapes and sizes. As you can see from the images below, the tubing has been cut to a variety of sizes and then put together to create the different stands. both stands have very specific individual designs, so being able to have the tubing cut specifically to the right length, is able to make this happen.
With multiple colours available (Black, Blue, Red, Grey and White) as well, the limit for the uses of the tubing is really only limited to the imagination of the user. In line with this, customers even have the option to send in their drawings/models, to see if we can accommodate your needs and help getting you tubing at the perfect measurement. We also offer 25mm square tube connectors with a steel core, they are designed to easily join the metal and aluminium tubes, avoiding having to potentially weld the tubing together. Compared to welding it's a very cost effective option and much simpler, connectors also help for a stonger build.

Comprising of a home cinema stand, 2 side-tables and two shelving units, this made to measure home furniture project used over 300 Ross Handling products and most importantly, the steel tubing, made to measure exactly to the customers’ requirements.
