Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, ordered the wrong size, or find the items unsuitable, return them within 28 days along with the delivery note and a brief explanation for a refund or exchange. Please contact us before returning items to ensure eligibility. Note that we cannot refund items damaged through use.
We recommend using a recorded and insured delivery method for returns, as we're not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Keep proof of postage. Refunds typically do not cover original delivery costs, and returns of sack trucks, trolleys, and mobile steps may incur a restocking fee.
