150mm Polyurethane extra heavy duty tyred cast iron centre wheel with 25mm plain bore keywayed offers a high load capacity of 900kg and has a high abrasion resistance. This is a high performance wheel uses premium grade Revvo thane polyurethane. Wheel is suitable for trommel wheels, drive wheels for drums and transportation and conveyor systems 15050PTU25.
The load capacity quoted is for operational under ideal conditions where the wheel operates infrequently and on a smooth surface. The wheel's load capacity must be reduced as indicated for any of the following conditions. Please note that these are cumulative if more than one condition exists:
Reduce load by 25% if continuous use for more than 45 minutes.
Reduce Load by further 30% if used as Drive Wheel.
Reduce load by further 30% if used at speeds greater than 6kp/h.
