100mm Polyurethane tyred cast iron centre wheel offers a high load capacity of 500kg and minimal heat build-up. This is a high performance wheel using premium grade Revvo thane polyurethane. Wheel is suitable for transportation and conveyor systems. 10040PTO12
The load capacity quoted is for operational under ideal conditions where the wheel operates infrequently and on a smooth surface. The wheel's load capacity must be reduced as indicated for any of the following conditions. Please note that these are cumulative if more than one condition exists:
Reduce load by 25% if continuous use for more than 45 minutes.
Reduce Load by further 30% if used as Drive Wheel.
Reduce load by further 30% if used at speeds greater than 6kp/h.
